I am pretty laid back and looking for a similar roommate. It is currently me and two other roommates at the moment but one is leaving in January. I am pretty clean and organized so looking for someone similar. Utilities included ( cable, wifi,water, electricity). The room is furnished and I am looking for an individual that has a full time steady job who is responsible. The roomate that is in the other bedroom is another female, very friendly and responsible .I am very easy going and have 2 small poodles. You will also have access to shared living room and also backyard(bbq use available). Renting for $900/m . If couples I would charge more but would try to work something out with you. You would have your own bedroom with private bathroom inside room. I have furnished and decorated it very nicely. Also backyard has a lake view perfect for sitting and relaxing on a hammock while watching the sunset.
