Cozy House close to Downtown and SDSU

About the Home

I live in a three bedroom house with my two blue heeler dogs and my cats Mango and Duckling. There is a beautiful front yard that is gated. Underneath the patio are some comfy chairs where you can view the flowers and the hummingbirds. The living room has a large window with natural light. Newly built kitchen with granite counter tops. Two of the rooms are empty and they would share a bathroom. I’m looking for two roommates to come into the home, preferably in their twenties, but early thirties is alright too. The rooms are completely furnished and even come with smart TV’s for Netflix. There is a medium sized gated backyard, but it needs some improvement and will hopefully be done by end of February. There is an unattached studio that will have an Airbnb guest in it who won’t have much contact with us. You’re welcome to bring furry friends and they can be in the backyard (it’s just not pretty enough for humans to hang out in yet). Washer/dryer is in the backyard and all utilities are included.
