Large peaceful home nestled at the end of a cul-de-sac with a canyon backdrop. House is older and quaint, well-kept with a beautiful outdoor patio, yard, and laundry room- including washer and dryer. Inside the home kitchen comes with all major appliances- oven/stove, fridge, pantry space, etc. The bedroom is very spacious equipped with: queen size bed, dressers, two large closets, tv, air conditioner, ceiling fan, and windows. Private standard bathroom- with the exception of my caretakers using the toilet during the day. I have a friendly service dog who lives in the home, Dash. The house is located walking distance to many restaurants, grocery stores, and bus routes, and a park, as well as, close access to the freeway. Plenty of parking out front. Lovely, safe neighborhood.
