House is located on friendly Cul-de-sac so additional parking is not a problem. Convenient location next to C470 & I25. Has Large back yard with Hot tub with view of Denver Tech Center. We have Dishwasher, Washer and Dryer available for use. We have 1 spare room for guests if the need arises.

My wife and myself are interested in sharing our home. In our 30's. We both work. I am Military Army Reservist and work for AT&T as case manager and my wife is waitress and just finished her BA in criminal justice. We have 2 trained dogs Small Maltese and Medium black and tan fox Hound both kenneled when we are away. We are very outdoor oriented people. Love to snowboard, Hike, Mountain bike, Golf. We are animal lovers. We don't drink or go out late very often. We travel frequently. And we typically eat and cook healthy.
