We will share the rest of the home, which includes a living room and family room, dining room and breakfast room, fenced yard, patio, and great location.
Because there is both a living room and family room, you will have plenty of private space.
I am woman who is moving toward retirement, so I travel a lot. I work at home, so am here a lot during the day.
I am looking for a female housemate who is mature, responsible, and quiet. If you are a a partier, this is not a good fit for you.
There is a washer and dryer available for your use. Utilities are included.

I'm also an artist, and do photography, acrylic painting, mosaics, and jewelry.
I am planning to begin doing more travel, so will likely be gone even more than the three months I am planning to be gone in the winter.
