Your private bedroom is 10 x 13 w/double door mirrored closet, and you would have exclusive use of the hallway main bath.
This entire 1st fl apartment is already furnished, so all you need is your bedroom. This is not a "room rental" in somebody's house that limits what you can have access to. You would have your private bedroom and bath, and equal access to everything else. Please see the pictures - in process of redecorating.
You would have your off street assigned parking spot in the driveway. We have access to the full 3.5' high basement for any storage.

The house is conveniently located in a quiet neighborhood, yet a short distance from shopping centers, and close to all major highways (135, Wantagh pkwy, Sunrise hwy) and LIRR. QUIET, clean home close to everything.
Your share of the monthly rent for this furnished home is $1400. There is a one-month security of $1400. Utilities (electric, heat, cable/internet) are shared half and half, as are any responsibilities and/or cleaning expenses for common areas.
About You: Male with references, similar age – 40 or older, reliable, easygoing, has steady means to pay rent on the 1st of each month (and good credit score), able to maintain shared spaces responsibly, and of course drama free. NO smoking, pets, heavy drinking, drugs. NO negative, opinionated, cynical personalities please. NO steady or regular house guests. YES to someone who is RESPECTFUL and a positive outlook and easy to get along with. You are welcome to have guests within moderation, (no multiple-nights or long stays, or live-in significant others) this room is being rented to one person only.
