Description

A LITTLE ABOUT ME: I'm a divorced retired teacher who was also a contractor. I'm remodeling the private bathroom that you would use. I watch some TV, but I'm not into sports. You could pretty much watch the 40 inch TV (soon to be 65 inch) in the living room at anytime. We would share the kitchen, living room, and deck (one of the best views in Sandy). There is a flight attendant living in the basement. She uses the other half of my two-car garage. There is, however, parking in the driveway (beautiful backyard but plain front). Also, a huge parking area for a second vehicle. The backyard has a patio with a covered metal pergola). From the patio, you have great views out the south end of the valley. No candles of any kind (smokeless or otherwise). No pets of any kind. I'm very close to my family but don't see my ex-wife (divorced only

two years ago). It wasn't politics, religion, or an affair. It was growing apart after the kids left home. We have 3 children and 8 grandchildren. I'm a non-LDS gentleman who does NOT swear. I don't smoke or drink (a little wine a few times a year). If you like a glass of wine in the evening or for dinner or a cocktail that would be fine. I've hiked to the tops of all the mountains along the Wasatch Front, including Lone Peak twice. I've traveled by bus and train through almost fifty countries, including Salt Lake City to Buenos Aries, Argentina in three months by bus and train. My daughter converted to the LDS faith, and we get along great! She has given us six of our eight grandchildren. What can I say...wonderful. I live a quite life. Picture: Lone Peak from your bedroom window. See other photos. Nice safe area, very low crime.
